I haven’t tried this one yet, but I hear it’s a favourite of Hemmingway and is supposedly good when it’s hot out.
Requires lime juice and dutch gin (genever).
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Juice a lime into it and add 4 dashes of bitters.
Fill with genever.
