Ya, so this is one of those fancy martinis that were all the rage that one time. It’s got a lot more orange flavour to it, for sure.
Makes 2:
- 3 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz Gand Marnier or Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 oz Orange juice
- Carmelized orange wheel garnish
Mix together in a shaker, then pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a carmelized orange wheel, see: Carmelized Orange Slices.
