This is yet another twist on the martini, but with a more Newfoundland twist since it relies on garnish from Purity Factories in Newfoundland for the full experience.
Makes 2:
- 3 oz Rum (Screech, or another dark rum)
- 2 oz Sour Puss (or Purity Raspberry Syrup)
- 3 oz Apple Juice
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Mix together in a shaker and pour into a martini glass.
For the full effect, crush up some Purity Peppermint knobs and rim the glasses with it and rim with a Jam Jam cookie.
