Mint Julep

(aka The Bourbon Slushy) Great for really hot days on the porch. Put a few mint leaves in a julep cup with a 1/2 oz of simple syrup and muddle well. Pack cup with crushed ice and add 2 oz of bourbon. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Moscow Mule

This is a summer fave. You need a fancy mule glass for it, though, if you want to be extra obnoxious. Makes 1: Fill mule glass with ice cubes. Pour in vodka. Add 1/2 Lime Juice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Jam Jam Martini

This is yet another twist on the martini, but with a more Newfoundland twist since it relies on garnish from Purity Factories in Newfoundland for the full experience. Paper Plane

This is a favourite. Makes 2: Mix in a shaker, then pour into a martini glass. So good. It’s equal parts of each ingredient, so you can scale this up to however many you want to make at once.
