(aka The Bourbon Slushy)
Great for really hot days on the porch.
Put a few mint leaves in a julep cup with a 1/2 oz of simple syrup and muddle well. Pack cup with crushed ice and add 2 oz of bourbon. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
