Moscow Mule

This is a summer fave. You need a fancy mule glass for it, though, if you want to be extra obnoxious. Makes 1: Fill mule glass with ice cubes. Pour in vodka. Add 1/2 Lime Juice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
